  • PEEL BLACK GARLIC CLOVES, BLEND WITH OLIVE OIL INTO A PASTE TO ADD TO YOUR FAVOURITE PASTA DISH.

  • REPLACE GARLIC IN SUCH DISHES AS MEAT RUBS & PASTA TO ADD A SWEET GARLIC FLAVOUR.
